Service and Support Engineer

Cadex Electronics Inc. is a world leader in quality and innovation of battery test systems, chargers, analyzers that optimize battery performance. We are also currently developing a variety of battery packs, battery monitoring systems, charges, analyzers and advanced battery testers which involve complex signal processing. We employ over 65 employees and also operate regional sales offices located in the Nurnberg, Germany.

The Position: Service and Support Engineer

We are currently recruiting for Service and Support Engineer to join our growing organization. The successful candidate’s responsibility is to ensure that our customers' technical queries are resolved in a timeous and satisfactory manner. In this role, your duties will include assisting customers with product support, resolving queries and escalating serious issues to the software development team. You should provide friendly and efficient service at all times.

  • Resolve customer's technical issues by providing product support via phone/email/in-person/web
  • Provide Product training/demo
  • Manage Service centers
  • Provide Sales/Marketing technical support
  • Moderate various relevant forums to address customer feedback
  • Communicate customer feedback to Product Management
  • Marketing validation testing
  • Battery and battery adapter design testing
  • Communicate effectively and clearly on technical content
  • Capture all business opportunities and handoff to the Sales Team
Preferred skills and/or qualifications
  • Electrical Engineer
  • Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of batteries and energy storage system
  • MS Office
  • Familiarity with ISO
