Trucks may carry heavy electrical loads, long duty cycles, and demanding restart conditions. A battery can still deliver cranking power while losing reserve capacity, creating risk between service intervals.

Spectro CM-24 assesses capacity, CCA, and state-of-charge through a 30-second non-invasive test. For truck starter batteries, the pass/fail level is usually set around 50%, giving maintenance teams a practical threshold for replacement before failure.

HOW IT WORKS

A battery test that fits fleet maintenance

The system uses Multi-Model EIS to scan the battery and compare it with a matrix. Test results can be shown as numbers and graphics, stored locally, printed, or shared in CadexCloud with VINs, vehicle numbers, work orders, and battery history.
