Cadex quality commitment promotes and encourages continuous research for alternative and superior materials, development and refinement of new designs, products, and applications. As a result, we are very excited to announce that we will be transitioning to a new material for our adapter design. Over the years Cadex has been using PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) grey colored plastic to build adapter body and will be transitioning to high performance engineering polymer “Polyoxymethylene (POM)”, also known as “Acetal” in black color.  

This environmentally friendly polymer has superior mechanical properties such as excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, and abrasion resistance which makes it an ideal choice for Cadex’s adapter application.
