Matrices for the Spectro CA-12 Battery Rapid-Tester
Your Spectro CA-12 requires a matrix from which battery capacity, CCA, and state-of-charge can be derived. The matrix is like a landscape created by scanning batteries with various state-of-health conditions but of same model number. As we identify a person on the visual image, so also is the matrix capable in estimating the health of a battery through comparison in characteristics.
Your Spectro CA-12 is fitted with at least one battery-specific matrix. The instrument can store matrices and PC-Companion software has room for additional ones for easy download into the CA-12.
Organizing the Matrices
Cadex is building up a library of custom matrices to serve most popular batteries. If you have a request of a specific battery, please contact
sales@cadex.com.
We divide the battery types into five Matrix Tables as follows:
- Starter batteries - North America for cars, trucks, and busses
- Starter batteries - Europe for cars, trucks, and busses
- Starter batteries - Asia for cars, trucks, and busses
- Deep cycle batteries for golf carts, AWP, scooters, wheelchairs
- Special application batteries for military, marine, aviation
