Streamline battery service with a printer

Printing Cadex Labels
Attaching a small battery label containing service date, due date and capacity reading simplifies battery management. Only batteries with valid service dates and good capacity readings are used. The label is replaced each time the battery is serviced.

The label printer connects directly to the analyzer or to a PC with BatteryShop™. AutoPrint automatically generates a label when the battery is removed. The labels are water resistant and do not smudge. BatteryShop™ allows customizing of the labels as follows:

Printer Label
Standard label displays company, service date, battery ID number, status, capacity and internal resistance. The information can be program through the standalone C7000 Series analyzer or BatteryShop™.

Printer Label
This label allows service and due date. The user checks the date when removing the battery from the charger and if past due, the battery is prepared for service. The dates are entered through BatteryShop™.

Printer Label
The user can add a string of numbers or names as battery ID number. BatteryShop™ generates the barcode.

Service Report
The Service Report includes all test information such as battery type, service information, battery status and the parameters to which the analyzer is set.
