Isidor Buchmann

Isidor Buchmann is the founder and CEO of Cadex Electronics Inc. Mr. Buchmann
has a background in radio communications and has studied the behavior of rechargeable
batteries in practical, every day applications for two decades. The author of
many articles and books on battery maintenance technology, Mr. Buchmann is a
well-known speaker who has delivered technical papers and presentations at seminars
and conferences around the world. He also provided the material for two websites:

Senior Vice President, Operations
Bill Campbell

Bill Campbell holds a B.Soc.Sc. degree from the University of
Birmingham, England, and has over 20 years of experience in electronics
manufacturing. He joined Cadex Electronics in 1994.
Mr. Campbell has the overall
responsibility for Finance, Materials, Production, OEM Contracts and Corporate
Affairs. He is also responsible for the integrated manufacturing and financial
system (Expandable), which is the basis for manufacturing efficiency and financial
control. Mr. Campbell’s experience has helped the company to achieve
rapid growth and become a market leader.
Vice President, Engineering
Mark Richter

Mark Richter is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology
and has 18 years experience in the electronics industry. Mr. Richter
is responsible for a staff of 17 engineers, performing project management,
product development, hardware and firmware design, PC based software, mechanical
design, certification, testing and verification.
Mr. Richter has been the project
leader for many successful Cadex commercial products, including the flagship
C7000 Series battery analyzers, the UCC battery charger series and the Spectro
Series hand held tester. Mr. Richter has also been the project leader for
several custom designed OEM chargers for HP, Revivant, Thales, IBM and Nextel.

Joern Tinnemeyer

Jörn Tinnemeyer studied Physics and Applied Mathematics at the University of Toronto during his undergraduate education and he earned his Master’s Degree in Astronautics and Space Engineering at Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.
Although Mr. Tinnemeyer is at an early stage in his career, he holds several patents in battery testing technology, has attained a number of awards, honors and prestigious international research scholarships. He has also presented many papers at conferences around the world. His primary foci of expertise include energy storage devices, system design, digital signal processing, and control theory.
Vice President, Sales
Bruce Adams
Bruce Adams holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the
University of British Columbia and specialist designation in Clinical
Chemistry.
Mr. Adams joined Cadex Electronics in 1996 and has overall responsible
for Sales and Distribution, OEM/custom product planning and product training.
Mr. Adams and his world-class team of Territory Sales Managers operate
channels and have developed business in over 100 countries around the world.
Vice President, Product Management
Mourad Chergui
Mourad Chergui is responsible for strategic development, technical
support, product planning, positioning, and market leadership to
meet the increasingly demanding customer requirements. Mr. Chergui received
his Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Hassan II University
Morocco, his marketing management certificate from British Columbia Institute
of Technology and his Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University.
Prior to
joining Cadex in 2005, Mr. Chergui accumulated more than 10 years professional
experience in a variety of increasingly responsible roles including project
management, applications engineering and product management in the areas
of technical training development, telecommunication, wireless systems and
digital signal processing.
Quality Assurance Manager
Louis McGarry

Louis McGarry holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the University
of California, Davis, in physics and a Master’s of Science degree from
the University of British Columbia where he specialized in solar
neutrino physics.
Mr. McGarry succeeded in obtaining ISO 9000 certification
for Cadex (ISO 9002 in February 1998 and ISO 9001 in April 1999). As part
of his duty, Mr. McGarry oversees ISO compliance, quality control, document
control, control of non-conforming products, corrective and preventive actions
and internal quality auditing. Mr. McGarry also designed and implemented an
SPC system approved by Lockheed Martin, obtained quality system approval from
Motorola and acquired quality system approval from Medtronic Physio-Control.

George Mathew

George Mathew holds a Bachelor's of Engineering degree from the University
of Victoria specializing in Communications. As a coop-engineering student,
he worked with IBM, BC Hydro and Bell Northern Research in sales, technical
support, research and production management. Mr. Mathew joined Cadex in 1996
and is responsible for customer technical support for all Cadex products.
Mr. Mathew also evaluates customers’ suggestions for product refinements,
manages product beta test programs and measures customer satisfaction as per
ISO 9000 requirements.
Manufacturing Manager
Wade Van Pelt
wade.vanpelt@cadex.com
Wade Van Pelt has 12 years experience in the electronic field and
manages the production floor. He is responsible for the manufacturing of Cadex
off-the-shelf battery analyzers, chargers and custom battery packs, including
OEM products for Hewlett Packard, Medtronic Physio-Control, Welch-Allyn, Sprint
PCS, Motorola and Nextel.
